simple expectablist
an act is wrong if it is forbidden by the rules the acceptance of which will produce the greatest expected good.

sophisticated expectablist
an act is wrong if it is forbidden either by the rules the acceptance which wil produce the greatest expected good or if there are 2 conflicting moral rules of equal value, by one of them which is closest to the convention of morality.

I don't see the paradox in Global Consequentialism Global consequentialism states that the moral decision procedure is determined by the actual consequences of an action the moral wrongness is determined directly by the actual consequences of the action moral sanctions are applied only if it brings out the greatest good Hence we can see in this situation that there can exist a paradox when a moral action has to be executed. This is because How can action be right and and yet the agent has to be blamed at the same time? But then right, I can think of a situation where Global Consequentialism works: Someone might murder...
